Lauren Gardner

Lauren brings over a decade of experience in architecture and design as the Director of Creative + Strategy at Spectorgroup, where she is responsible for marketing and driving the brand across platforms. Part designer, and part strategist, she plays an integral role in interior design projects from the initial pitch to workplace strategy, concept development, and schematic design. A creative thinker with a multidisciplinary background, Lauren collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement research-based methods, strategies, and tools that directly impact the design process and create efficient, culturally-charged, and business-driven environments. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Lauren has designed corporate offices spanning all industry sectors ranging from 10,000 RSF - 200,000 RSF for clients like Stagwell, Citrin Cooperman, Colliers International, Community Preservation Corporation, and Surdna Foundation.
