Q2: Human-Centered & Purpose-Driven Design

Workplaces are shifting from functional containers to meaningful environments that reflect culture, values, and identity. In 2026, design will focus more on emotional connection, belonging, and creating spaces that feel intentional rather than generic.

Q3: Space, Work, & Experience

Exploring how the physical environment shapes the way work feels and functions. Offices will be designed less around efficiency and more around supporting focus, energy, well-being, and meaningful moments throughout the workday.

Q4: Adaptability & the Evolving Role of the Office

The office is no longer just a place to sit and work—it’s a tool for connection, collaboration, and culture. Successful spaces should be flexible, responsive, and designed around changing behaviors, hybrid models, and multiple modes of work.

Article Guidelines

  • Articles should take into account the commercial architecture and design, facility management, and end user audience and engage readers by offering practical takeaways.
  • We require that articles span at least 800 words, not more than 1,000.
  • High-quality images are essential in illustrating your idea, we require 2-3 images with approved usage rights.
  • A current head shot and brief biography (100 words or less) of the author.

If a quarterly topic resonates with you, please send direct article pitches directly to [email protected] after reviewing our guidelines.
