With 15 years of experience across interior design, commercial furniture specification, and creative leadership, she oversees the strategic direction of Empire & Co.'s creative efforts, bridging design vision and business outcomes across client engagements and showroom environments. Since joining Empire & Co. in 2022 as Creative Studio Director, Ashley has helped integrate emerging technology into the company's design approach and continues to champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
