With over 15 years at Circles and within Sodexo, Craig has deep expertise in hospitality-driven solutions that help organizations enhance employee engagement, improve workplace culture and support talent attraction and retention. Since stepping into the role of President in 2020, he has led the North America organization through strategic growth, expanding Circles’ portfolio of workplace hospitality, concierge and work-life support solutions for clients across industries.
