Elyas Coutts

Elyas Coutts is CEO of Connect Vending, one of the UK’s leading independent workplace refreshment and micro market providers. In his role, he oversees the delivery of workplace coffee, vending, and automated retail solutions across corporate offices, universities, healthcare settings, and commercial workplaces throughout the UK. Since joining the family-run business in 2015, he has helped expand the company’s workplace technology offering, including helping introduce one of the UK’s early micro market installations following industry research in the US. Outside of day-to-day operations, Coutts regularly writes and comments on workplace behavior, employee experience, and how consumption data can help organizations better understand how modern offices actually function.
