Mozilor promotes a hybrid work model through their office design by Artystry Designer and Planners.

Mozilor’s new Calicut office, designed by Artystry, occupies a spacious 6,000 square feet in the iconic UL Cyber Park building. The design reflects Mozilor’s culture with flexible workspaces that promote a hybrid work model. Open environments encourage communication and collaboration, with features like workstation reservation systems facilitating interaction between remote and in-person teams. The space caters to various work styles, offering meeting rooms, phone booths, and social areas like work cafes. Natural elements like plants and abundant natural light contribute to a positive and comfortable atmosphere, further enhanced by ergonomic furniture and thoughtful acoustics. This well-being focus extends to diverse seating options, allowing employees to choose their work environment throughout the day.

Project Planning

Leadership at Mozilor was involved in the planning. Key areas focused up were the space for team meeting and a space for the gaming area.

Overall Project Results

Feedback has been great and the client as well as the employees are genuinely happy.

Artystry has given us exactly what we pictured in our mind for our company. There is a lot of space where people can work if they feel bored working from one particular place because there are multiple options for them to shift to, including spaces with an outside greenery view.
